Do you work with newly licensed agents?

We primarily serve producing agents who are already active in the business. However, if you are newly licensed and committed to treating real estate like a serious business, we are open to reviewing your application and exploring whether our model makes sense for you.

What markets do you currently serve?

We are currently licensed in California only. If you are licensed in California—or actively in the process of obtaining your California license—you are welcome to apply.

How does onboarding and license transfer work?

Once you decide to join, our team provides step-by-step guidance to transfer your license, update your marketing assets, and get your transactions flowing through Wallstreet Realty. The goal is to make your transition smooth with minimal downtime so your pipeline is not disrupted.

Will my current broker or team find out I applied?

No. Your inquiry is 100% confidential. We do not contact your current brokerage, and all conversations about your production, goals, and transition plans remain strictly between you and Wallstreet Realty.
