HOME APPRAISAL

An appraiser comes to the property to determine its fair market value. The value will determine how much a lender is willing to lend you.

CONDUCT HOME INSPECTION

Perform general inspection (pest, home, etc.) This is the time to reveal any issues or problems before you buy the property.

REVIEW REPORTS

Review Inspections, if there are any issues, this is the time to re-negotiate with the seller or issue a request for repairs. We will also review appraisals with the lender to ensure financing on the home.

ORDER HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE POLICY

Finalize your homeowner’s insurance policy and be sure it has enough coverage for all of your financial assets like your home and personal property.

CLEAR TO CLOSE & FINAL WALK-THROUGH

Remove contract contingencies. Make sure your loan is firm and make the final deposit. The lender prepares and sends loan documents to escrow. We do the final home inspection walk-through together before closing.

CLOSING & CELEBRATION!

You’ll sign documents that will finalize your mortgage, pay the seller, pay your closing costs, transfer the title from the seller to you and make arrangements to legally record the transaction as a public record. CONGRATULATIONS! You successfully completed your property purchase!
